Ready to shape more than the next deal?

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Relationship Manager and Senior Relationship Manager who know great partnerships are about more than keeping in touch, they’re about understanding what matters, finding the right solutions and making progress happen.

You’ll be a trusted partner to financial-services clients, connecting their goals with Iress products and expertise. You’ll strengthen product adoption, grow client relationships and uncover opportunities that create lasting value for clients and Iress, whether you’re taking ownership of a client portfolio or leading strategic partnerships.

Some of the amazing things you’ll be involved in

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships, becoming a strategic adviser to key decision makers.
  • Turn client insight into clear account plans, practical solutions and measurable outcomes.
  • Grow and retain your portfolio by supporting renewals, increasing product adoption and identifying opportunities for additional solutions.
  • Help clients get more from Iress products, including keeping them informed about new features and how these can benefit their business.
  • Bring the right people together across internal functions to deliver for clients, navigating complex needs and influencing adoption of new and enhanced solutions.
  • Keep a clear view of account performance, revenue opportunities and forecasts, leading client revenue forecasting at senior level.
  • Support a positive client experience by working through issues and bringing in the right expertise when needed.
  • Build your industry network and represent Iress with clients and at relevant events.

What you will bring

  • Prior exposure to Xplan will be key.
  • Experience in Saas or financial services particularly Wealth, Advice, Superannuation or Mortgages is also ideal, but not essential.
  • A relationship-first approach with the confidence to engage, present and influence at different levels.
  • Strong communication, organisation and follow-through - you make things happen.
  • You can connect a client’s goals and challenges to practical opportunities. You’ll bring a strong record of delivering commercial outcomes, sound financial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively across teams, influence senior stakeholders and keep the client outcome in view.
  • Resilience, sound judgement and a willingness to improve how things are done.

Why work with us

  • Long weekend leave. 8 paid days per year to extend your weekend.
  • Annual Short-Term Incentive plan, subject to eligibility criteria.
  • Hybrid working. 60% in the office, 40% your way.
  • iRefer Scheme. An opportunity to introduce friends, family & other connections to Iress. If they are successfully hired, you will receive a fantastic cash bonus.
  • Peer to peer recognition program.
  • Up to 26 weeks paid parental leave for primary carers. Return from parental leave on reduced hours for four weeks at your full salary.
  • Starting school leave. 8.5 days of leave to assist your children with the transition to school.
  • 3 days’ paid leave per year to participate in charity initiatives.
  • Access to our employee assistance program for you and members of your family.
  • Discounted health insurance premiums.
  • Access to learning and development programs.
