Role Description

The Relationship Officer for BOI Home Loans is a full-time hybrid role based in Kochi, Kottayam, Kozhikode, Thrissur with some flexibility for remote work. The responsibilities include managing and nurturing relationships with customers, assisting them with their home loan applications, and ensuring a smooth loan processing experience. The Relationship Officer will provide personalized customer service, identify potential leads, promote Bank of India’s home loan products, and work to meet sales and financial targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and the ability to establish and maintain lasting client relationships
• Knowledge and understanding of Finance and Sales, with experience in home loans or related financial sectors being an advantage
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs and enhance their experience
• Proven aptitude in Sales and achieving business targets
• Organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in banking or financial services is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
