Release Management Specialist

Location: Romania- Remote

Contract Position

• Good Excel skills for planning, tracking, reporting and evaluations
• Confident use of Outlook for appointment and stakeholder coordination
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow as a change management tool and SNA (release management tool)
• Ability to familiarize yourself with internal tools and processes such as MLX, sGate, and Archimede
• Structured, reliable and independent way of working, even with several parallel releases
• Experience in release management in complex IT environments
• Strong stakeholder and communication management across technical and professional teams
• ITIL knowledge, especially release management and change management - Experience in creating and managing release plans, release calendars, dependencies and schedules
• Experience with go/no-go processes, releases, rollouts, pilots and production settings
• Experience with SharePoint and structured delivery of release information
