Reliability Engineer (SRE) - Application Performance Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient application using NodeJs(NestJS, PostgreSQL and MongoDB). Ensure the reliability and efficiency of system infrastructure. Optimize the performance of our applications built on Node.js for maximum efficiency and scalability. Implement and oversee continuous monitoring and alerting systems. Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. Conduct root cause analysis for production errors and incorporate feedback to prevent future incidents. Develop and maintain documentation regarding system configurations, operations, and troubleshooting procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong experience in software engineering, SRE or similar roles. Proficient in developing and optimizing Node.js applications. In-depth knowledge of Linux operating systems and command-line tools. Experience with monitoring tools and incident response. Ability to write scripts in Python, Bash, or similar languages Strong English level. Desirable Skills: Experience with cloud services (AWS). Expertise in database management and performance tuning for PostgreSQL and MongoDB. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
