Investigate and analyse failures across residential, commercial, and industrial structures. Prepare detailed written reports documenting the cause of distress or failure, the extent of loss, and recommended remediation measures, including reports for litigation. Draft documentation detailing rectification and remedial repair solutions for onsite construction issues and damaged structures. Oversee project management of remedial building projects to ensure high-quality outcomes and on-time delivery. Provide tailored recommendations and innovative solutions to complex structural, waterproofing, and facade challenges. Develop and implement structural monitoring system plans, including analysing and reporting captured data.
