About the Role

We're looking for a 3D Artist who's passionate about creating clean, stylized art for mobile games.

You'll work closely with the team to produce game-ready assets — characters, props and environments — and see them running in Unity on real devices.

What You'll Do

• Model, UV unwrap, texture and deliver game-ready 3D assets (characters, props, environments)
• Produce high-poly and low-poly meshes with clean topology and baked maps (normal, AO)
• Create environment assets such as modular pieces, tiling textures and trim sheets
• Keep assets optimized for mobile performance (poly budgets, texture sizes, draw calls)
• Work in our pipeline — Blender, Substance Painter, Unity, GitHub — and follow the project's technical and naming conventions
• Implement feedback from the team in iterative review rounds

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a 3D artist, ideally on mobile or casual games
• Strong fundamentals: proportion, silhouette, color, lighting
• Comfortable with stylized art direction (not photoreal)
• Clean topology, UVs, baking and texturing workflow
• Familiarity with Unity and version control (Git)
• A portfolio showing game-ready 3D work
• Working English, written and spoken

Nice to Have

Experience with Blender add-ons or tool scripting

Character work: retopology, rig-ready models

Knowledge of shaders, URP or Addressables

Familiarity with AI tools in the art pipeline (ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion)
