工作职责：
1. 内容本地化与质量管理

- 负责游戏内剧情、UI、系统玩法、活动规则、道具等各类内容的审校工作；

- 维护或建立组内本地化指南、术语库及文风规范，并且确保组内整体内容风格与表达的一致性； - 在适配内部的部门交付标准前提下，维护繁中语组内的本地化质量标准；

- 工作中主动识别质量、进度、流程、舆情及政治等各类风险，及时进行风险暴露、跨方同步与推动解决，保障项目平稳落地。

2. QA及游戏内容测试

- 在游戏内外环境中对文本、上下文、UI、演出等本地化内容进行测试与质量确认； - 识别翻译错误、语境不一致及与世界观设定不符的内容，并提出具体的修改建议；

- 与内外部合作伙伴保持紧密协作，推动项目顺利开展。

3. 人力管理与工作分工

- 基于本地化 PM 规划的项目节奏，进行合理的组内工作排期与任务分工，兼顾成员能力与项目优先级，确保任务的进度与质量按时交付；

- 负责组内成员的带教与培养，包括新人onboarding、术语与文风培训、审校技巧分享等，持续提升团队整体的专业能力；

- 关注组内伙伴的工作状态与成长需求，定期进行 1-on-1 沟通与反馈，营造积极、协作的团队氛围；

- 在跨组/跨部门协作中，作为繁中语组的对接窗口，代表团队参与讨论、评审与决策，推动资源协调与问题解决。

任职要求：
1. 语言能力

- 简体中文及繁体中文精通或达到母语水平，具备扎实的双语理解与简体中文至繁体中文语的翻译能力；

- 具备优秀的繁体中文写作能力，能够产出准确、自然、流畅且符合语言习惯的繁中语内容； - 在充分保留原文含义与叙事意图的前提下，能够从繁中玩家的视角出发，对译文进行合理的重构与本地化改写，实现文化与语感层面的自然落地。

2. 工作经验

- 具备游戏翻译或本地化相关工作经验者优先；

- 熟练使用本地化相关软件工具（如 CAT 工具、QA 工具等）者优先；

- 具备 3–7 人小组协作或带队经验者优先，熟悉团队排期、沟通、与质量把控；

- 具备AI技术使用或Agent调试经验者优先。

3. 个人能力

- 能以开放的态度接受反馈，并进行理性、高效、以事论事的沟通；

- 重视团队合作，具备良好的协作意识与跨角色沟通能力；

- 具备敏锐的语言感知力，能够细致审视文本表达与文体差异，并持续打磨内容质量； - 关注整体游戏体验与内容完成度，具备产品思维，而非仅停留在字面翻译；

- 对所负责的项目具有强烈的责任感与主人翁意识，能够主动推进工作，不推诿、不逃避、不敷衍。
