This role suits someone with previous admin or receptionist experience, ideally within a
roofing, trades, construction, or home exterior business

Key Responsibilities
Answer customer enquiries and provide receptionist support
Gather customer details, including
name and street address
Log and update information in
ServiceM8
Manage scheduling and appointments
Provide general admin support to the team
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar admin, receptionist, or scheduling role
Experience in a roofing, trades, construction, or home exterior business is highly preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
High attention to detail
