Remote Agronomy Sales Manager

Role: An Agronomy Sales Manager responsible for promoting and selling the CropVoice platform in Northwest Iowa.

Key Responsibilities: Drive farmer enrollment, educate farmers, retailers, and seed dealers about CropVoice benefits, leverage existing networks to increase awareness, and support local field operations such as plot setup and scouting.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Business, or related field; strong agronomic knowledge, especially in crop disease management and decision-making for soybeans and corn; experience in ag sales or retail; proven prospecting and relationship-building skills; ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license.

Compensation & Benefits: $80,000 - $115,000 base salary plus incentives and benefits.
