Summary

We're seeking a Remote Appointment Scheduling Specialist to coordinate appointments with prospective customers through outbound phone outreach. You'll communicate with leads, confirm availability, manage scheduling calendars, and ensure appointments are booked accurately and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detaiL-oriented, and enjoys interacting with people in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers using our CRM and automated dialing platform.
• Schedule, confirm, and update appointments using internal calendar systems.
• Verify customer information and ensure scheduling accuracy.
• Communicate appointment details clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and scheduled appointments.
• Follow established scheduling procedures and communication guidelines.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling and productivity goals.
• Participate in virtual training, coaching sessions, and team meetings.
• Assist with additional scheduling and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls throughout the workday.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when managing appointments.
• Ability to multitask while using CRM and scheduling software.
• Previous experience in appointment scheduling, customer service, administrative support, call center operations, outbound calling, or sales is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
