We're hiring a Remote Appointment Setter to connect with prospective customers, qualify their interest, and schedule appointments for licensed representatives. You'll play a key role in the sales process by maintaining professional conversations, following proven outreach strategies, and ensuring appointments are accurately booked. Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls using our CRM and dialing platform.
• Contact prospective customers and introduce available services.
• Qualify interested individuals using established guidelines.
• Schedule appointments using internal calendar and scheduling tools.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM.
• Follow call scripts while adapting naturally to customer conversations.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals.
• Participate in virtual coaching sessions, training, and team meetings.
• Perform additional outreach and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and appointment-setting abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-driven environment.
• Previous experience in appointment setting, outbound sales, telemarketing, customer service, lead generation, or call center operations is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to achieve performance goals.
