We are assisting a residential design firm based in the Bay Area, California, in identifying a reliable and experienced Design Support Specialist to collaborate on a range of U.S.-based residential projects. This role is focused exclusively on SoftPlan , and candidates must have prior experience using this software in a professional setting. Key Responsibilities Use SoftPlan daily to assist in the production of residential design deliverables. Create and modify floor plans, elevations, sections , and 3D models . Generate construction documents and print-ready drawing sets directly from the model in real time using SoftPlan. Collaborate directly with the client to meet project deadlines and quality expectations. Follow clear instructions and produce high-quality work with minimal oversight.
