Remote Associate Product Manager

Role Overview:
The Associate Product Manager supports the execution and operational management of digital product initiatives, acting as a project lead to drive roadmap delivery and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage tasks related to product roadmaps, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate with development, marketing, sales, and operations teams.

Manage regional stakeholder accounts, prioritize requests, and maintain transparency.

Participate in requirements gathering, develop process maps, and support solution design.

Assist with marketing, sales enablement, and training materials for product launches.

Track opportunities, proposals, and delivery projects, maintaining dashboards for leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product operations, project or account management, or customer support.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives independently and coordinate cross-functionally.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams.

Preferred Skills: Project management experience (Agile or Waterfall).
