As an Automation Engineer at NSC, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, with fixed working hours from 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Vietnam time.

We are looking for a Tidal Automation Engineer to support our payment settlement applications under the PayMi Program. This role will help address internal capacity constraints and assist in completing Tidal-related activities across all payment systems. The engineer will participate in the design, build, and cutover phases as we transition our applications to new infrastructure and data centers.

You will be trained on Tidal Automation — a workload scheduling and automation platform - and will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth deployment, configuration, and operation of Tidal within our environment.

• Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Tidal Automation across multiple payment settlement applications.
• Participate in system design, build, migration, and cutover activities during the PayMi infrastructure transition.
• Work closely with application, infrastructure, and operations teams to automate job scheduling and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot automation and scheduling issues, ensuring high availability and accuracy of batch jobs.
• Document configuration, workflows, and operational procedures.
• Communicate effectively with global teams to coordinate tasks, report status, and resolve issues.
• Continuously learn and apply new features and best practices of Tidal Automation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Understanding of system architecture and operating system management (Windows, Linux, or UNIX).
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure components (servers, databases, networks, etc.).
• Ability to learn and adapt to new automation tools and technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience with workload automation or scheduling tools (e.g., Tidal, Control-M, Autosys, etc.) is a plus but not required.
• Fluent in English communication
