No prior insurance experience is required.
Whether you're beginning your career or bringing experience from customer service, retail, healthcare, hospitality, banking, education, military service, administration, or sales, we'll provide the training, licensing guidance, and mentorship needed for long-term success.

What You'll Do
Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.
Connect with qualified members from our provided lead system.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client experience.
Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefit options.
Assess each client's needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
Guide clients through the enrollment process.
Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates and policy changes.
Provide ongoing client support and answer benefit-related questions.
Maintain accurate client documentation while following company and state compliance requirements.
Participate in weekly coaching, training, and leadership development.
