Remote Client Success Specialists

In this fully remote role, you'll connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, answer questions, provide personalized guidance, and build lasting relationships.
No previous insurance experience is required.
We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support from day one.

What You'll Do
Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.
Guide new clients through the enrollment process.
Provide outstanding customer service and ongoing client support.
Explain benefit options and answer client questions.
Develop personalized solutions based on each client's needs.
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up documentation.
Build long-term client relationships through professionalism and trust.
Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
