Remote Bilingual Customer Service Agent

Role: Call Center Agent (Remote, Texas)

Responsibilities: Handle high call volumes, conduct inbound/outbound telephone screenings, and engage positively with customers to meet their needs.

Qualifications & Skills: Excellent communication, computer navigation, and time management skills. Must have a quiet home office space and reliable high-speed internet. Technical requirements include a Windows 11 PC with 8GB RAM, Chrome browser, USB headset, webcam, Ethernet or secured Wi-Fi, and a minimum 19” monitor.

Additional Details: Must be available Mon-Fri 8am–9pm, Sat 9am–5pm, aged 18+, eligible to work in the US, and willing to undergo a background check.
