Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Remote Remote Work Eligibility: This is a fully remote position. Candidates must reside in Colorado, New Mexico, Massachusetts, or Kansas to be eligible for employment. Consultants for Children, Inc. (CFCI) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. This is a full-time, remote position supporting clients and clinical teams at our growing center in Trinidad, Colorado. You will have the opportunity to provide high-quality ABA services remotely while collaborating closely with on-site staff, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams. This role is a great fit for a BCBA who enjoys clinical leadership, staff development, and working independently while remaining closely connected to a collaborative clinical team. Position Overview The Remote BCBA is responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing individualized treatment programs, monitoring client progress, and ensuring high-quality clinical services. The BCBA provides remote clinical supervision, training, coaching, and support to RBTs and other members of the treatment team while coordinating with on-site staff to support effective implementation of treatment plans. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve meaningful progress while providing clinical guidance and support to the teams serving them. The role may also include providing mentorship, training, and supervision support to RBTs and other staff pursuing BCBA or other advanced clinical credentials, as assigned by CFCI. Key Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Design and implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs Analyze client data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and modify programming as clinically appropriate Provide remote clinical supervision, guidance, and support to RBTs and other clinical staff Coordinate with on-site staff to support effective implementation of treatment plans and clinical programming Utilize Behavior Skills Training to train, coach, and develop staff competency Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, training, and professional development support to RBTs and other staff pursuing BCBA or other advanced clinical credentials, as assigned Monitor client progress and update treatment plans and programming as needed Train and support parents, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team in ABA strategies Collaborate with educational teams, related service providers, and other professionals as appropriate Maintain accurate clinical documentation and review client data to ensure treatment effectiveness Participate in clinical, center, and professional development meetings as assigned Qualifications Active BCBA certification required Strong leadership and team collaboration skills Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment while providing effective supervision, support, and collaboration to clinical staff Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Ability to kneel, squat, and move actively during sessions Ability to perform computer-based work for extended periods Compensation Initial 90 Days: Salary is offered for 90 days based on $68,000-$89,250 annually while you build your caseload After 90 Days (Salary): Maintain a minimum average of 30 billable hours per week to remain eligible for salaried compensation After 90 Days (Hourly): If billing falls below 30 hours per week, compensation transitions to $51–$67 per clinical billable hour These rates are determined based on relevant BCBA experience.
