In this fully remote role, you'll assist clients with planning and coordinating memorable travel experiences while providing exceptional customer service throughout the booking process. Responsibilities Assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements based on their preferences, needs, and budget. Coordinate reservations for accommodations, transportation, activities, cruises, tours, and other travel-related services. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms. Maintain accurate client records, itineraries, and booking details using company systems. Research destinations, travel options, supplier promotions, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations. Deliver outstanding customer support before, during, and after travel. Manage itinerary changes, cancellations, and schedule adjustments as needed. Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service, follow-up, and personalized recommendations. Participate in marketing initiatives by sharing travel promotions, special offers, and destination information through approved social media, email, and other communication channels. Develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, community engagement, and consistent follow-up with prospective travelers. Qualifications Previous customer service, hospitality, administrative, sales, or client support experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client requests simultaneously. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn booking platforms and travel software. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Interest in marketing, networking, or relationship building is essential.
