Summary

We're seeking a Remote Business Development Specialist to help expand our customer base by connecting with prospective clients through outbound outreach. You'll identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential customers, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team. This role is perfect for a motivated communicator who enjoys generating opportunities and contributing to business growth from a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using our CRM and dialing platform.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through professional conversations.
• Introduce our services and communicate key value propositions.
• Schedule qualified appointments for licensed representatives.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
• Accurately update customer records and lead activity in the CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment goals.
• Participate in virtual sales meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
• Support additional business development initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal communication skills.
• Strong business development and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Previous experience in business development, lead generation, outbound sales, inside sales, telemarketing, customer service, or appointment setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a performance-based environment.
