Remote Call Centre Agents

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Remote Call Centre Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
