𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:

We are seeking a Remote Call Screening Representative to connect with potential candidates, explain available opportunities, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of candidate conversations while working independently from home.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :

• Contact approximately 150–250 potential candidates each day.

• Explain available positions, responsibilities, and recruitment steps clearly.

• Conduct phone screenings using predefined criteria and approved scripts.

• Evaluate candidate experience, attitude, communication, and overall suitability.

• Identify qualified candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain accurate candidate information and screening notes in the CRM.

• Update candidate statuses, follow-up details, and interview information.

• Provide a professional and positive candidate experience.

• Follow established recruitment procedures and quality standards.

• Complete additional tasks as assigned.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and active listening abilities.

• Confident and professional phone presence.

• Ability to assess candidates through structured conversations.

• Comfortable managing high-volume daily outreach.

• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Reliable primary and secondary internet and electricity connections.

• Computer and mobile phone required.

• Recruitment, customer service, staffing, or sales experience is preferred but not required.

• Experience working with English-language scripts is a plus.
