Summary

We're seeking a Remote Client Engagement Representative to build positive relationships with prospective customers through outbound phone outreach. You'll connect with leads, provide helpful information, identify customer needs, and schedule appointments for licensed representatives. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys creating positive customer experiences while working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using our CRM and dialing platform.
• Build rapport with customers through professional and engaging conversations.
• Educate prospects on available services and answer general questions.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments using internal scheduling software.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records within the CRM.
• Follow established outreach processes while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Achieve individual performance goals for calls, appointments, and quality.
• Participate in team training, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Assist with additional customer engagement initiatives as assigned.
