What You'll Do
Meet virtually with clients using Zoom and phone appointments.
Welcome new members and guide them through the enrollment process.
Educate clients on life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.
Assess client needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
Answer questions and provide ongoing customer support.
Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates.
Maintain accurate client records while following company and state compliance requirements.
Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development programs.

Experience in customer service, client success, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administration, insurance, call centers, or sales is welcomed—but not required.
