Remote Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Banner Consultant to provide technical support and system implementation expertise.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing consulting and technical support to ensure Banner system performance and user satisfaction
• Assisting with system configuration, customization, troubleshooting, and data migration
• Collaborating with stakeholders to develop effective system solutions
• Conducting training sessions and creating documentation for user adoption
• Supporting system upgrades and testing activities
• Maintaining current knowledge of Banner features and industry best practices

Qualifications and skills:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Banner systems
• Strong knowledge of Banner modules such as Student Financial Aid, Accounts Receivable, Finances, HR, and Payroll
• Proven ability to analyze business processes and recommend improvements
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field preferred
