Remote, Contract-based, California Estate Planning and Probate Attorney Opportunity

Job Description Welcome to The Freelance Firm! We are a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for our client law firms. Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated California Trust Administration / Estate Planning Attorney . Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 6–10 hours per week . Attorney Responsibilities: Draft and organize trust administration documents Assist with execution of trust plans Provide support on estate planning and probate administration matters Review legal documents and ensure accuracy and compliance Support attorneys with ongoing case management and workflow organization Assist with general legal drafting and research as needed Attorney Requirements: Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of California Strong experience in trust administration (primary focus) Experience with estate planning and probate administration (secondary) Strong drafting and organizational skills Ability to manage and support multiple matters efficiently Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines Self-starter who can work independently Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.
