Summary

We're seeking a Remote Customer Acquisition Associate to help grow our customer base by connecting with prospective clients through outbound phone outreach. In this entry-level role, you'll introduce our services, qualify customer interest, and schedule appointments while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using our CRM and dialing platform.
• Introduce company services and explain their value to potential customers.
• Identify qualified prospects by asking discovery questions.
• Schedule appointments for interested customers using internal scheduling tools.
• Accurately record customer interactions, appointment details, and follow-up activities.
• Follow approved communication scripts, company policies, and compliance standards.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly customer acquisition and productivity goals.
• Participate in virtual training sessions, coaching, and team meetings.
• Support additional customer outreach initiatives and administrative projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and professional phone presence.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls throughout the workday.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to quickly learn CRM systems and internal software.
• Previous experience in customer service, customer acquisition, outbound sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, lead generation, recruiting, or call center operations is preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to achieving performance goals.
