We're looking for a Remote Customer Care Representative to provide exceptional service while connecting with prospective customers through outbound phone calls. You'll assist with general inquiries, build positive relationships, schedule appointments, and ensure every interaction reflects a high standard of customer care. Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using our CRM and automated dialing platform.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to prospective customers.
• Answer general questions and explain available services clearly.
• Qualify customer interest and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and detailed call notes.
• Resolve basic inquiries while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Follow established customer care procedures and communication standards.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity goals.
• Participate in coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer care, empathy, and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable making and handling phone conversations throughout the day.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset.
• Previous experience in customer care, customer service, call center operations, outbound calling, appointment setting, or sales is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
