We're hiring a Remote Customer Communications Representative to engage with prospective customers through outbound phone calls, provide information about our services, and schedule qualified appointments. You'll be responsible for creating positive customer interactions, maintaining accurate communication records, and helping drive business growth through effective outreach. Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using our CRM and dialing platform.
• Communicate company services clearly, professionally, and confidently.
• Answer general customer questions and provide accurate information.
• Qualify interested prospects and schedule appointments.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer conversations in the CRM.
• Follow company communication standards, scripts, and compliance procedures.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and performance targets.
• Participate in virtual training, coaching sessions, and team meetings.
• Support additional communication campaigns and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound phone calls.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask while using CRM software and communication tools.
• Previous experience in customer communications, customer service, call center operations, phone support, appointment setting, lead generation, telemarketing, sales, or recruiting is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
