Summary

We're seeking a Remote Customer Contact Specialist to engage with prospective customers through outbound phone calls, provide information about our services, and schedule qualified appointments. You'll serve as one of the first points of contact for potential customers, ensuring every interaction is professional, informative, and customer-focused. This entry-level remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and excels in a fast-paced, phone-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using our CRM and dialing platform.
• Introduce company services in a professional and engaging manner.
• Qualify customer interest and schedule appointments for the appropriate team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment details.
• Follow established call scripts, company procedures, and compliance guidelines.
• Build rapport while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Participate in virtual team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
• Assist with additional customer outreach initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable making and receiving phone calls throughout the workday.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to quickly learn CRM systems and internal software.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, phone support, lead generation, appointment setting, sales, or outbound calling is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to grow professionally.
