Summary

We're hiring a Remote Customer Engagement Associate to connect with prospective customers, build positive relationships, and schedule appointments through outbound phone outreach. You'll serve as an important first point of contact by delivering exceptional customer interactions, identifying qualified opportunities, and maintaining accurate records. This entry-level remote position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating over the phone, and working toward performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided systems.
• Build rapport through friendly, professional, and engaging conversations.
• Introduce company services and answer general customer questions.
• Identify qualified prospects and schedule appointments for the appropriate team.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records within the CRM.
• Follow approved scripts, communication standards, and outreach procedures.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality metrics.
• Attend virtual training sessions, coaching, and team meetings.
• Assist with additional customer engagement initiatives and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with a professional phone presence.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls in a remote environment.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn CRM software and internal processes.
• Previous experience in customer service, customer engagement, call center operations, appointment setting, sales, lead generation, telemarketing, or recruiting is preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to develop new skills.
