Summary

We're looking for a Remote Customer Outreach Associate to join our growing remote team. In this role, you'll connect with prospective customers through outbound phone calls, introduce our services, qualify interested individuals, and schedule appointments using our internal systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is motivated by performance goals, and wants to build a long-term career while working from home.

Responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls per day using our CRM and automated dialer.
• Contact prospective customers and explain available services in a professional manner.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for licensed representatives.
• Follow approved call scripts while maintaining natural, engaging conversations.
• Accurately record call outcomes and customer information in the CRM.
• Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Participate in virtual coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
• Complete additional outreach and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software.
• Previous experience in customer outreach, outbound calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
