Remote Customer Relations Associate

We are seeking an Entry-Level Customer Relations Associate to serve as the first point of contact for clients regarding benefits packages.

In this role, you will assist clients via phone and online with account inquiries, benefits enrollment, changes, and troubleshooting. Your responsibilities include providing clear information on benefit plans, maintaining documentation, identifying client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery. Staying informed on industry trends and regulations is essential.

Qualifications include strong communication, active listening, a customer-first attitude, self-motivation, attention to detail, and basic computer skills. Preferred but not required are a high school diploma, previous customer service experience, and a willingness to learn.
