We are seeking a professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Representative to support daily customer service and order processing operations. This role is responsible for handling inbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, and entering accurate information into SAP.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and strong communication. This position requires schedule flexibility, reliable equipment, hands-on SAP or ERP experience, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner.
Assist customers with product inquiries, order requests, and general service-related questions.
Create and process customer orders accurately in SAP, or other ERP system
Review and verify order details before submission.
Update customer records and order information in internal systems.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and operations teams regarding order status and customer needs.
Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues when necessary.
Provide accurate information regarding order processing, delivery status, and general company procedures.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and system updates.
Ensure excellent customer service while handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Entry, Administrative Support, or a similar role.
SAP experience or experience with a similar ERP system is required.
Candidates must have hands-on experience using an ERP system to enter, review, update, or track business information such as orders, inventory, invoices, customer records, purchase orders, or related transactions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
English proficiency is required.
Must have a valid passport and be able to travel to the United States if required by the company.
Compensation
The compensation range for this position is approximately
$800 to $1,000 per month
, based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
Work Schedule
This is a fully remote position with rotating shifts from Monday to Friday (Eastern Time):
Shift 1: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM ET
Shift 2: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM ET
Schedule flexibility is required based on operational needs. The selected candidate must also be available to work one
Saturday per month
