Support customers by troubleshooting problems and finding solutions. Document all communications on the appropriate channels (CRM system) as required. Maintain excellent knowledge of all company products/services and industry trends in order to accurately answer questions about products/services and provide pertinent information about competitors. Maintain excellent knowledge of how to use CRM software Requirements: Must have a laptop or pc. If you do not have one we have resources to help.
