We are seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Manager responsible for fostering long-term partnerships with managed service clients.

Key duties include: serving as the primary non-technical contact, ensuring client satisfaction, addressing feedback, and facilitating effective communication between clients and internal teams.

The role involves proactively engaging clients through meetings, coordinating quarterly reviews, supporting onboarding, and exploring technology improvements.
Additionally, responsibilities encompass managing billing accuracy, renewals, and understanding client agreements.

Qualifications and skills: a bachelor's degree preferred, proven relationship-building success, excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to multi-task and adapt swiftly.
Travel to client sites may be required.

Compensation: salary range of $40,000 to $50,000, with potential bonuses, along with benefits such as insurance, 401k, training, and more.
