Remote Customer Success Engineer - Post-Implementation

Malaya Tech Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success professional to manage post-implementation support for Anaplan, Odoo ERP, and finance solutions. You will serve as the main liaison for clients, drive system adoption, and coordinate between clients and internal teams to resolve issues.

You will conduct user training, prepare guides, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer from implementation to ongoing support, while continuously improving system performance and client satisfaction.
