Remote | Data Analyst — $30–$60/hour

We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced Data Analysts with strong expertise in business data analysis, document review, data privacy, PII handling, and quality assurance to contribute to an advanced AI training and evaluation project.

Selected professionals will review and analyse large-scale business datasets, identify quality issues and anomalies, ensure compliance with privacy and security requirements, and provide clear recommendations that support high-quality AI training data. The work requires strong analytical judgement, meticulous attention to detail, and practical experience handling sensitive information and structured review workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Business Data Analysis & Review

• Review and analyse large-scale business datasets for accuracy, completeness, and relevance
• Assess data quality across structured and unstructured information sources
• Identify inconsistencies, missing information, anomalies, and potential data-integrity issues
• Apply analytical judgement to determine whether data meets project requirements
• Document findings clearly and consistently across review assignments

PII, Privacy & Document Review

• Conduct detailed document review involving personally identifiable information and sensitive business data
• Apply established data-privacy protocols throughout all review activities
• Identify and appropriately flag sensitive or restricted information
• Ensure handling practices remain aligned with relevant privacy and security standards
• Maintain strict confidentiality throughout data-review workflows

Data Quality & Quality Assurance

• Identify, flag, and help resolve data-quality issues across assigned datasets
• Review information for logical consistency, completeness, and reliability
• Contribute to the development and refinement of quality-assurance standards
• Apply consistent review criteria across high-volume data assignments
• Support accurate, dependable datasets suitable for downstream AI training and evaluation

Feedback, Documentation & Collaboration

• Deliver detailed written feedback and recommendations based on analytical findings
• Explain complex data-quality or privacy issues clearly and concisely
• Collaborate with project stakeholders through professional written and verbal communication
• Document review decisions, identified issues, and recommended corrective actions
• Contribute insights that improve data-review processes and overall project quality

Ideal Profile

• Demonstrated experience analysing large business datasets
• Proven experience working with personally identifiable information (PII) and other sensitive data
• Strong understanding of data-privacy principles, regulations, and best practices
• Background in document review, data-quality assurance, audit, or related analytical work
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify subtle inconsistencies or anomalies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity
• Comfortable working independently within a remote project environment
• Proven ability to deliver consistent and reliable output across distributed workflows
