Job Overview

Colaval is seeking a meticulous and highly organised Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. This is a full-time, fully remote position open to candidates based in the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining information in our company databases and computer systems. We are looking for a dedicated individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data from various source documents into prescribed computer databases, files, and forms.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking the output for accuracy.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents to ensure information is precise and up-to-date.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with company policies and security protocols.
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files in a timely and efficient manner.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar administrative position.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
• Superb organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
