About the role
Empower Dental Group is a growing multi-location dental group in Los Angeles with a steady flow of full-arch implant (All-on-X) and cosmetic veneer leads from our marketing. We are hiring a Remote Call Center / Treatment Coordinator who owns these high-ticket leads from first contact to booked consultation to signed case. This is a sales-and-care role, not a front desk role. You will work directly with our doctors and marketing team.
What you will do
- Respond to new implant and cosmetic inquiries within minutes by phone, text, and email, and book consultations
- Run a disciplined follow-up cadence on every lead until they book or close out
- Pre-qualify patients: dental history, goals, smile expectations, budget, and financing readiness
- Present full-arch implant plans ($25K-$60K+) and veneer / smile makeover plans ($10K-$40K) and the financial options with confidence
- Walk patients through third-party financing (Proceed, Cherry, Sunbit, CareCredit) and in-house plans
- Coordinate consult logistics with the office team, confirm appointments, and reduce no-shows
- Track every lead in our CRM and report weekly on booked, shown, and closed cases
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all patient communication
What we are looking for
- 3+ years as a dental treatment coordinator or dental call center / scheduling coordinator, with direct experience presenting and closing implant, full-arch, or cosmetic / veneer cases
- Comfortable discussing five-figure treatment fees and handling objections
- Experience with dental financing partners and pre-qualification
- Dentrix or Open Dental, plus a CRM (we will train on ours)
- Fast, organized, and self-managing; this is a remote position and you will be measured on results
- Reliable home office, quiet environment, and strong internet; available during Pacific business hours
- Bilingual (Spanish, Armenian, Farsi, or Russian) is a plus
Compensation
- $25-$35 per hour base, depending on experience
- Bonus per consultation booked and per case started
