Remote Digital Core Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Digital Core Engineer to design, develop, and deploy Java microservices using Spring Boot and the Java rules engine with MVEL.

Key responsibilities include:

• Architecting scalable, reliable Java microservices to solve complex business problems.
• Creating and testing microservices driven by Java rules engine and scripting.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and develop Java plugins.
• Working with Data Fabric Platforms on AWS environments to ensure performance and scalability.

Required skills and experience:

• Minimum 10 years in application architecture and software design.
• Proven experience in Java development, microservice design, and implementation.
• Expertise with Spring Boot, MVEL, and Java 17.
• Experience with databases like MongoDB, AWS DynamoDB, and messaging systems such as Kafka and AWS MSK.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies including React, Node.js, and Thymeleaf.
