As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide customer care and technical assistance to patients, helping them with product-related questions, orders and device usage.

What you will do:

• Provide customer care and technical support via phone, email, chat and SMS
• Assist patients with the use of medical devices and accessories
• Troubleshoot product and technical issues
• Manage orders, renewals and customer documentation
• Provide professional and empathetic support in sensitive situations
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure high-quality service

What you need:

• Fluent Dutch, both written and spoken
• Solid B2+/C1 level of English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good problem-solving and organisational skills
• Ability to manage large amounts of information and follow procedures
• Experience in healthcare or technical support is a plus

What we offer:

• Remote work within Portugal
• Base salary: €1,100 gross/month x14
• Complexity bonus: €150 gross (paid in 11 months)
• 6-month contract
• Full-time position
• International working environment

Schedule: Monday to Sunday, on rotational shifts, with two rotational days off. This is a 24/7 operation, and occasional night shifts between 22:00 and 07:00 may be required.
