Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Remote E-commerce Support Specialist to support an Amazon-based kitchen products business. The ideal candidate is outgoing, tech-savvy, and confident communicating with customers while resolving issues and supporting day-to-day operations. This role requires a strong understanding of the company's products and brand, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a structured, fast-paced ecommerce environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in customer communication, issue resolution, account support, and overall operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Respond to client inquiries, issues, and complaints. Make outbound calls to resolve customer concerns. Develop a strong understanding of the company's brands and products. Support account management and daily operations. Assist with customer service and ecommerce-related tasks. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account updates. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Monitor customer requests and follow up to ensure satisfactory outcomes. Perform other duties related to the position as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements: Proficient level of English (written and spoken). Excellent professional and communication skills. Outgoing, energetic, and professional with a customer-focused approach. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. Confident and assertive, with the ability to handle challenging situations and stand firm when necessary. Tech-savvy, and able to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technical concepts. Comfortable speaking with customers and resolving issues in a professional manner. Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility. Experience using CRM systems. Experience with ERP systems is a strong plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management). Out-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable, reliable, self-motivated, and confident approach. Positive attitude and the ability to learn and adapt quickly. Ability to understand and follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision. Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs.
