- Verify work order operation identifiers and maintain traceability to supporting engineering documentation.
- Identify and document mismatches, omissions, and inconsistencies across engineering and manufacturing documentation.
- Generate validation reports and communicate findings to engineering stakeholders.
- Support manufacturing readiness by ensuring documentation packages are complete and accurate prior to production release.
- Participate in daily coordination meetings and collaborate with North American and offshore engineering teams.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience supporting electrical design, electrical documentation, controls design, or manufacturing engineering activities.
- Experience interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and bills of materials.
- Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and electrical documentation practices.
- Experience performing engineering document reviews and change verification activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a cross-functional engineering team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting manufacturing, production, or industrial equipment environments.
- Experience with ERP, BOM management, or manufacturing work-order systems.

- Familiarity with engineering change management and configuration control processes.
- Experience working with distributed or offshore engineering teams.
