Description We are looking for an Email Response Associate to join FXBC Mid North Coast, a leading company in the retail industry. Responsibilities: Manage and respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer inquiries. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution. Update and maintain customer information in the database. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved to their satisfaction. Assist in developing email templates and responses for common customer inquiries. Requirements: Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
