What You'll Do
Meet virtually with clients using Zoom and phone.
Connect with qualified members who have requested information.
Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.
Recommend personalized benefit solutions based on each client's needs.
Guide clients through the enrollment process.
Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates.
Provide exceptional ongoing customer service and support.
Maintain accurate records while following company and state compliance standards.
Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.

No previous insurance experience required.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Basic computer proficiency and reliable high-speed internet.
Ability to obtain any required state insurance license.
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administration, call center, or sales is welcomed—but not required.
