Job Title: Remote Financial and Operations Analyst

Location: Remote | Colombia

Salary Range: USD 1,500–2,000 per month, based on experience.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM US Eastern time.

Position Overview

Support financial reporting, budgeting and operational analysis. You will turn revenue, cost and performance data into clear reports and recommendations for finance and operating teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Compare actual results with budget and explain revenue, cost and margin variances.

• Support month-end close, KPI reporting and leadership reporting packages.

• Contribute to annual budgeting, pricing analysis and cost models for proposals.

• Analyze provider costs, late fees and operational performance.

• Validate financial data and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.

• Two years of FP&A, investment banking or relevant financial analysis experience.

• Financial statement analysis, accounting fundamentals and working knowledge of GAAP.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Clear communication, attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with enterprise performance management tools.
