Kaya by Chemin Sdn Bhd is looking for detail-oriented contributors based in Latin America to join an upcoming Floor Plan Annotation Project.

Contributors will review and correct pre-labeled architectural floor plans in Labelbox, identifying elements such as walls, doors, windows, rooms, openings, and stairs.

Project Details

• Location: Remote – Latin America
• Project period: September 2026
• Platform: Labelbox
• Recommended availability: 5–8 hours per day
• Target accuracy: 95%
• Rate: USD 0.33–0.49 per approved floor plan, depending on annotation volume
• Estimated AHT: Approximately 1–1.5 hours per floor plan

Handling time may vary depending on the complexity of each floor plan and may decrease as contributors become more familiar with the platform and guidelines.

• Good English comprehension
• Reliable computer and internet connection
• Ability to follow technical instructions and meet deadlines
• Availability to attend mandatory online training

Shortlisted contributors will be required to attend a mandatory online training session before beginning work on the live project. The training date, time, and access details will be shared with shortlisted applicants in advance.

The training will cover the project guidelines and how to use the client’s annotation platform.
