Remote Freelance Software Developer (Rust) – Quality Assurance (AI Trainer)

Role Overview:

Seeking an AI Tutor in Coding to collaborate on advanced AI projects focused on improving generative models' reasoning and specialization. Responsibilities include code generation, review, prompt evaluation, data annotation, training and evaluating large language models, benchmarking, and working across various programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Rust, and SQL. The role involves adapting guidelines, following project-specific requirements, and collaborating with project teams on complex or experimental initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience with Rust, including testing tools like cargo test and property-based testing.
• Proficiency with Rust tooling (Cargo, Clippy, rustfmt), code review, quality analysis, and CI/CD integration.
• Experience with AI solutions, LLMs, or test automation in Rust.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above).
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to complex guidelines, and work independently in a remote setting.
