Remote Funding Representative

Sigma Systems Inc is looking to hire a Remote Funding Representative for their client.

Due to the governmental nature of these positions, only US Citizens are eligible to apply.
Prefer local Pittsburgh candidates but open to 100% remote
Must be a US citizen
Contract with an option for full-time hire if a position becomes available.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for communicating claims registers to clients daily, weekly and monthly.
• Maintains the funding for self-insured clients. (35%)
• Responsible for communicating with external client contacts and internal departments. (30%)
• Prepares and sends reports and bills to clients daily, weekly or monthly. (35%)
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0-1+ years of relevant experience
• Must have a numeric aptitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to meet deadline requirements
• Must be detail oriented and a team player
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to identify problems and issues and work within the Department for resolution or with other Department for resolution

Preferred :

• Some college preferred. Prior experience in billing and eligibility preferred.
